Dear Fellow Reefers I keep LPS and soft corals and I have been contemplating to get a dosing pump for the longest time. Can I kindly seek your advice on: - 1) what is the recommended dosing unit that is relatively cheap and reliable? 2) I need to dose calcium, magnesium and trace elements only? 3) If I do a 10% water change on weekly basis (with salt mixed) which I have been doing, do i need to dose on the same day of water change. 4) how often and how much do I need to dose using the dosing pump? Sorry for the list of queries above but much appreciated if you can provide some guidance re the above. Best regards Mark

Hihi Reefers I am selling the above (2 x 150 watts MH + 2 x T5 lights) coz I have upgraded to Giesemann. I have the lights for 2 years now and I am letting go at S$200 (bought it for $480). The lights come with stands but they are abit rusty. All the bulds are in good working condition and I have recently replaced one MH bulb cos it started to dim. The replacement of the MH bulb is available at Iwarna, which was where I got the replacement bulb from. Please PM me if you are interested. Self collection around paya lebar station. Putting it in a bag will probably limit the media from moving constantly and may cause compaction of the media that I agree but that was one of the ways in preventing the media does from escaping into the tank, so I read. I suppose it pays to get a reliable phos reactor, Cheers : )

You can put the rowa phos in the filter bags and place them in th rector.

Hihi Can I kindly seek any advice on lowering the PH level. I do a 10% WC weekly but it is still high (current volume is 150 gallons (4.5 x 2 x 2.5ft tank) with fishes and corals. Currently, my PH is ard 8.6-8.7. Please help : ) Many thanks
