Forgot to ask you, did you put any styrofoam below the tank? Our floor may not be even and sometimes there may be vibration from nearby worksite. This will cause crack when the water mass pressed on the tank.

i strongly advise you to sell off those fishes. you are going to stress them from the way it goes... I dont mind to take from you as my tank has more than enough space.. Marine tank setup should not be a rush job. You have to make sure everything properly cycled before adding livestocks. How can you put water without stand? I can forsee the mess when the stand and the sump tank comes into picture. Take your time and you will love this hobby in no time. Welcome to the club!

Already 3weeks. When I bought from the lfs, it just came and the boss told me I have to train myself for it to eat pellet. I take up the challenge... Hopefully it will start eating pellets soon. My powder brown already started eating pellets which was bought together with naso.

I even tried Henry formula...just ignore...

Anyone feed their Tangs with cabbage? Do you buy direct from ntuc, wash a peel and just clip in the tank to feed them? My naso currently only eat caulerpa n cheato algae. It doesn't want to eat even seaweed. Tried mysis, formula , BBS all just ignore. When I throw in caulerpa and cheato, it will eat... How to train it to feed on others? Starve it?

Yes. At least a 6footer with good skimmer & good water flow for Tangs. They eat and poo like nobody business.

Previosuly, I have 1 Flame Angel and 1 Coral Beauty. They used to chase each other around my 6 footer. The damaged, my Coral Beauty right pectoral fin was nipped. Thats more than a month ago. Both occassionally will still chase each other but not that often. However, the pectoral fin still wont grow to the same size as the other side. Though my Coral Beauty still very healthy and fat fat...the fin just shorter than the other side...8-( How long will it grow back? Those nipped tail portion already grew back.. .

Anyone know how to grow the Red Bamboo. My Tangs love it. Initially, I place in my sump and pluck a few a time for them to eat. Now I place it in the main tank, they keep eatting it till now near to botak.. How long will it grow?
