Any bottled DI water. From the table of analysis it will read TDS as 0 ( total dissloved solid). BTW i worked in a lab and have access to lab grade ultra clean water. I did a comparison years back. The general generic brand available in the market's sg have similar close reading. Difference is not significant by 2- 3 decimal points

you try siphon and only slightly improve the situation but not eliminate the cause. It will improve as you do more wc and after your cycling completed. Your current tank only corals and fishless); it should be manageable.
