  3. Nice mandarin, can pm me how much for pellet trained ones, thanks bro. More shots please.
  4. Very nice setup bro! Following you. On a sidenote, your house should be easy to spot. When people ask for directions, just ask them to look for the brightest window in the block, .
  5. Read somewhere, (here I think), that you can squirt lemon juice with a syringe to kill aiptasia. Concerns include pH swing, so do google it, HTH.
  6. Nice tank bro. Do you mind sharing where you get such small specimens of corals and mushrooms by the piece?
  7. Congratulations on your win bro! I thoroughly enjoyed viewing your display, as did my 6yr old girl. She was soooo charmed by the baby seahorses.
  8. If you are staying in Yishun area, you can go to Aqua star. 934 Yishun Central 1, Singapore 760934 Phone: 6759 3400
  9. But then there are some like me who have only amassed 50 posts after being members for 2+ yrs. I don't post if I have nothing to say or ask constructively. Yet I have collected some stuff over the yrs that my Mrs. keeps nagging to clear. But the goalposts (min. number of posts) keeps shifting... and I might have to wait another 2 yrs before I can post here at this rate. Maybe this "100 postings" rule should not be applied retrospectively, i.e. it should be applied to only those who join the forum from the date the rule was made. Might be alot of work for the Mods or maybe even not possible to administer, but I hope you would consider, thanks.
  10. I usually open the bag and put it in the tank and clip it to the glass using a clothes peg. Then I drip water in using diy airline tubing and a container. If I have more than one bag, I use a syringe and squirt about 1ml every few mins or so for the extra bags. This goes on for about an hour.
  11. Hi bro, I assume there'll be a filter sock or wool at the compartment where the overflow first enters the sump. Seems dificult (not impossible) to change out sock/wool.
  12. OMG! Don't mean to prejudice anything, but I'll be shocked if you don't win! As Thomas Edison said, "Genius is one percent inspiration, 99% perspiration." Good luck bro.
  13. Have chked at guardian and watsons, they only have the regular syringe. Will try madpetz, thanks.
  14. Wow! You preparing for competition and still put out your "secrets" for all to see. Good on you bro!
  15. Is the "Main Page" link missing?

  16. Are those yellow wrasses in a BB tank? Don't they need sand? Any problems, pls share, thanx.
  17. Nice setup Bro, the elegance and the other corals on the right sure make it look larger than 60cm. Are you using a skimmer? I assume that round glass bulb thingy on the top left is the lily pipe, what's it for? Cheers.
  18. There is this post "might be gd lobang at qianhu" in the general reefkeeping forum, might be of help.
  19. If this is anything like your other 3.5yr++, 130 page journal of a thread......I'm sure it'll be a great adventure! Thanx for taking us along for the ride Bro.
  20. Sorry for the ignorance, but what is that in the photo before the pink zoa?
