solution, either remove the clown which is hard to catch or remove all the Gonis...with the money get anenome den hopefully start to host. get get gonis back.

mine jumped out for a bt maybe 10 min....i think if its hows signs of recover i think shd be ok. for big fish like arowana. certain part will start to stiffen. chances a little low, but so far my clown is ok and is disturbing my Gonis

Finally decided to sell or tarde them. Clown is trying to host on them but no matter wat we do there is no way to deter the clowns without stressing the Goni. this is the 3rd attempt as the 1st 2 was not very neat and messy. so far its been 3 days. no sign of algae yet. about 18 hrs a day. notice the skimmer is going crazy after installing and the corals not doing very well. will test the water this wkend to see if the shut down has cost a huge spike in the water parameters. so for those who intend to try, remember not to shut down the rtn pump for 2 long.

strongly suggest you take out the tang. see u also have clown. it will spread like wild fire. try to oin ur UVC as much as possible. Alternative if you dun have hospital tank. put in ur refirgium and on the UVC.

just to remind you to coat all the hinges and buy stainless steel screws. Its very important. There are the stainless steel hinge but its like almost 8 x the cost. we just coat ours with paint as think as possible with a can of paint is still cheaper then the stainless steel ones. but screws not so ex so just buy .

did both plus the "BLOW job" think we will start to feed them MP as it gives moment of joy for the whole family to see the corals eat. My dad say its like the corals picking the nose to eat the boogie! wahahaha.

since its a new tank, u wanna try ATS? you can try to place the net mesh on the side of ther over flow. close up all the over flow holes to leaveing 1 slot to the net. use a normal t5 light hang on the side of the tank. Black out the over flow compartment. If I have a new set up, we will definitly do it.

there are a few questions in mind: 1. water parameter ok? 2. any ich in the tank? 3. any other fishes in the tank? Not eating there are 2 possibilities i can tink of: 1. sick 2, new environment.

do you need help? I dun mind helping you for free to learn as well. We have bence vice, F clamps, hot gun...etc. I am a hands on person!

Not a rookie, we are newbie as well. Our set up now is to use the return pump to chiller then to display tank. But maybe you can use 2 pumps if the return pump is higher flow to reactor to chiller then to display tank. Or you can have existing pump for chiller for the reactor. Interms of piping maybe pump to reactor to chiller to dispaly will be neater. BUT it has to be a higher flow to cater for pressure drop through the process.

We face a problem. We have 3 clowns who has been trying to house in 2 of our 3 Goni. The Goni keep closing becoz of this reason. FYI, the behavior only started tese 2 days. We have a RBTA but the clowns dun go to it... We have swifted the Goni to another location but the clown followed. Now no choice, we swifted the 2 Goni which is targetted by the clowns to the rock scape which is not ideal. These Goni has been with us for 4 months now give and take a few weeks. Is there a solution for this? Issit becoz the Goni is much bigger then the Anenome tats why they are targeted? there is another Goni tat is not targetted...why? Notice the big BT took a nip on one of the Goni placed on the rock scape. hopefully its one of thing. Any1 have such problems before?

just to add, if you have sexy shrimp who is resident shrimp. copper band will lose out in a fight. thrust me, when we bought and introduce into the tank. it was a royal rumble n its to the death
