no la, not nice to mention names, but if you read my post its PM the LFS...keke....very good attitude not denying also not saying whos wat...which i think is a winning formula for business. For his attitude, i will go over more often coz i only gone once as one senior recommended me to go. My mum likes another LFS coz the auntie is very nice and have been going to her since day 1 but a the shop little small. Thus it is "1" of the Marine LFS in that stretch. Think tats all i will say as people are out to do business....plus MOST of them very nice except mayb 1 or 2....kundos to all views and this community for sharing! Only wish the person tat is the owner of the hobby (MUM) listens more and learn.....

the LFS replied. I must say his service and attitude is VERY GOOD! Maybe coz its been a while so every1 is blur...anyways! UPZ for the LPS..i will surely go to buy more from this LFS....!

we r now blasting all 4 tubes for longer hours. 2 tubes is maybe in the afternoon. when its dark. all 4 tube will be turn on. Shdnt LFS owner tell you tat the coral we bought is not the pink of health? haiz....now all stressed up trying to nurse another coral. water paramtere keep checking...after a while all these stress and all spoils the joy of marine keeping

so is high light or low light? wah....haiz...there is no decomposition. We bought the piece from a LFS in pasir ris. didnt noe its bleaching as some of u may have already read we are pretty new so we go see nice den buy. the lfs didnt advice tat its bleaching. the color was lighter when we bought it so tot tats the color till u pointed out bt the mouth seems to be slightly open. does it mean its hunger? will try to drop pellet in the mouth. now its mid level on a 2ft height

a little confusing. so shaded low flow area? we shifted coz...nvm...we dun really move the fellow. 4 idine there is only so much to add. the instruction says not to over dose. maybe will leave it alone for a while n not touch it to further stress the guy

i was told its not advicable. i used to run 2 x 3.5 BMC (i terms of engineering design wise) if 1 fails i still have the other to last a little. Bt many was against it. so now change to 1 big skimmer. I notice the water tats collected in the cup is like expresso. but if i increase the flow it will be overflowing with foam like urs but the water is not so thick and greensig black instead of black. U wanna try to reduce the flow? I really also dunno wats the optimal foam setting. Some say its like 2 inch off the neck sum like say below the neck.....i dunno.

can see the color darkening...but not swelling....few days after swifting to brighter location. mid to low current

moved the fellow to slightly higher ground w no shade. over maybe a couple of hours small deepen color can be notice. plus it starts to swell a little

we had one huge pcs last time. tear off a few to give them away. the polyps didnt open up until maybe 3 weeks den once it open there is no stopping. BTW, my mum when to wash it and it all died! so just leave it alone and from wat we experience it shd be fine. so far its the hardest coral! just leave it alone, high flow and light. they shd start popping

sad day, it seems the coral not doing well. the white portion has extended. not sure if its the iodione dosing or other element dosing or the WC caused it. very sad

I am guess its green star polyps? So far LFS been to dun have...any1 have some to spare?

I did a quick check, prices in Thailand not so cheap plus stress on the travel coz its in chk in lugguage and all. So nt tat worth it unless its not found in sg or very cheap.

just to update, bought the recommended pump AP5200. Fixed it up and I must say, i am pretty happy with the results. the dirty water is like black ink. I guess, its really up to individual but we are really happy with it.

sorry to say tat i do not have TDS meter. Borwnish stuff is GONE! but now glass walls staring to have green patches. very hard to scrap off. We did 2 major WC plus UV. brownish coloring is off the rocks by itself. But green patches on the galss starts appearing after iodione dosing. The tank looks healthy. So far after the last test we have not tested.

so jxler, you saw my dunno wat anemone. We moved the rock so that its expose to light. Its still at the same position again like not moving just a patch of color on the rock. the good thing is tat its not moving anywhere else.

I think the wave make is continious. Flow rate i think more then 3000l/hr but cannot confirm as we throw away the box. we are point it up, bt the other problem with tat is evaporation rate is higher (bt manageble to top up water).

Bro, I use API which test 0 but for tetra test like 25 - 50....faintz.
