  1. maybe u wanna barricade the king somewhere and let the other angels roam around 1st den after 1 week or so release the king and see if it will fight
  2. I've got a six feet tank Currently inside are: Bicolor, keyhole, eibli, rusty, flame, blue-lip, blue face, koran
  3. 5ft tank with mostly angels Koran,Blueface,Blue lip,Bicolor,Keyhole,Eibli,Regal
  4. I oso have this problems with my sand star and hermits. Recently intro-ed 2 sand stars into my tank n luckily i caught the hermit sitting on top of the star and trying to poke it with its pincers. My hermit so far eat 2 of my turbo snails le so I wonder if it will also eat my stars. Hope someone can clarify this.
  5. oh, but if I wanna add corals in at some point den i do need better lighting am i right?
  6. I currently have a T8 blue light (dono whats the specs) and I'm thinking of adding a T5 light for my tank. Went down to the LFS today and they said T5 is somewhat different from T8. Just wondering where can I get the connecting pins for T5 lighting and whether I should just add 1 more T8 instead. Currently running a FOWLR tank of about 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. Hope some experts out thr can advice
  7. they're too small to take pics of. Btw,those are not parasites or anything harmful rite?
  8. No, they are stuck on the glass but sway with the current of the tank. Noticed got some small white worm-like organisms among them
  9. Hi, I'm new to this hobby (maybe around 1mth's experience). I wanna know if anyone encountered small white dots that are clinging onto your tank glass and they appear to be swaying with the current in the tank. I also noticed some small white worms crawling among the white dots and wonder if they are related. Also wanna know if these white dots pose a threat to the fishes (eg. parasites) or are they common encounters in a marine tank.
  10. Hi, I wanna ask more experienced ppl out thr on how to keep my cleaner shrimp healthy. Basically I initiated hyposalinity treatment on my other fishes due to ich and they are kept in another tank. Questions I have are: 1) Do I need to drop some food into my display tank for the cleaner shrimp or will it scavenge 'old' food left over since I removed the fish? 2) What are the chances of the shrimp living in an environment void of fishes for say 4-6 weeks? (Typical hypo treatment duration)
