Could it be parasite? I experience once before SPS,lps all doing fine but fishes can't survive for more then a week. I never add any livestock for 6 week and run Uv and now I can slowly add in fishes.

Give it more flow n light it will grow well Please ensure ur perimeter are right for the growth

Normal,give it some time to adjust to new environment. I fed mine with mysis shrimp and later it start to eat pallet.
