I like both the Exquisites. In particular the Kenyan variant. Gonna start looking for one soon; once my Budget allows me to. Hahhaa. The Mce600 really burnt a big hole. It's performing very well though! Skimming out dark brown stuff from my tank! Seeing the photo of the rubricaudalis brings back memories... So sad Where did u managed to find the Kenyan specimen? Do u mind pm-ing me the cost?

Running-in the skimmer now. Hehe. Over last night, I collected a skimmer cup full of yellowish liquid skimmate; emptied it and head to school. Today when I came back after class it was about 3/4 full not very yellow... Readjusted the air tap and position of the skimmer collection cup. A nice thick foam forming now. I would think that it definitely can be used. Chaeto doesn't need a lot of light to perform its function. However, if you give it more light then it will perform better nutrient export as light becomes a non-limiting factor. Any idea what's the watt rating on the Ikea clip light and about how many Led bulbs does it have?

In the first picture you used a fisheye lense to distort the front yes? From the looks of that 'pile' in front I think currently your tank has very high PO4 both organic and inorganic. Don't think its good for your BN. IMHO 9 fishes in your tank is a bit too much I feel, the bioload may be too high for your export mechanism. Unless you have a very efficient export system in place it could be a bit tough to keep up with the needs of SPSes due to your bio-load. Even in my tank I am feeling it right now. Gotta get my SPSes back to its prime. Just my 2 cents!

Even if you were to adopt a Dog from SPCA requires a token sum and for you to sign some papers man. I am definitely not letting this dude rear any of my fishes. Fishes are pets, they have a life, unless you are ready to commit, don't just suka suka keep. If they die die don't wanna eat die of starvation (for picky fish) still can understand. This guy is just messing around and gonna kill a lot of LS given to him by kind reefers. Thumbs down to you.

Its's been a really long whiile since I updated here! Some mishap that happened over the pass 2 months, my Rubricaudalis has passed on and so did my other flasher wrasse. The rubricaudalis died cause he jumped into my filter sock. I was modifying my sump to include a filter sock, the mount I made didn't have 'combed' edges. I guess my Rubricaudalis was abit of an adventurer and took a wrong step. Hai.... The other flasher died of starvation. Just refused to eat. I have since re-modified it to include a comb design Anyway, some new photos! Con't
