Water change is the most efficent way. I do have this problem b4 and I try water change with NSW wk by wk with about 20%. After it's stable, try take the reading every wk and obvious how the rate goes down b4 adding supplement. Gd luck to u bro.

The best advise is no matter which LFS u brought the fish or coral from, don't add it into the tank.

Hmm... I got a elegance and I've only feed coral food for 2 months+ already. I try shifting before n it won't open fully. Needs a certain position then it will open fully. Try facing it upwards or maybe placing it 45 degree.
