Hi, Bro Me also facing same problem. Just yesterday night...... My anemone also suddenly closed up completely yesterday night till today i left for work. It is usually bigger than 2 open hand. Now suddenly smaller by at least 4 times. Anyway, to answer your quires, I read from internet that one can use "credit card" like item to slowly slide it out. I also read before that anemone sometime shrink to release their excess water out of their body. but personnally, i dont know how small should it shrink to release their body water. Anyway, for me now, i will leave it in the tank first. Smell the tank occasionally cos i also read that the smell stink if it is dying. Let's hope for the best

Hi, All Just wanna check. bought 2 red firefish over the weekend. They got bullied by my bi-colour Dottyback until i decided to put the dottyback in a container and put it up for sale. Since then, the 2 firefish kept hiding in one of the rock and refuse to come out to eat also. Is this normal? Should i wait or put these 2 fish in container instead? Hope brothers that is keeping firefish can enlighten me a little. Many Thanks/

Hi, Ya I actually bought it before reading enough. Read a lot in SRC and a little bit regret.... But after seeing my clownfish so happy in it, decided to give it a try. Had been changing at least 10% of the tank water every week since started. Also, bought some anemone food to make it happy. So far so good. It sort of sticking to one place. Only problem is that its preferred place is at the front of the tank. But at least can see my clownfish more often.

Hi, All I had a question in my mind for some time and hope that someone can enlighten me. I understand the need of wavemaker for reef tank but am thinking of the possibilty of using waterpump/powerhead to create the current in the tank. Wavemaker is quite big size for nano tank. If use pump, can get those small size one, neat and nice in the tank. able to put more also in different direction. Also, i visited LFS and notice that not much model of wavemaker available. Is wavemake one size for all?? Or there is spec for different tank size. Please advise. Thank you.

Ya. The clownfish sure like the anemone. Stick to it all day long. One problem ~ Sea Cucumber kept stationed at the back flow to the sump. This cause the water flow back to the sump to be slow and not enough to supply water to chiller. DIY a block cup (pic 1646) to prevent this problem. 15 Apr 2010 Modified the design and DIY a better one. Very smooth in ensuring good water flow back. (pic 1640 and 1645) Re-scrape again to accomodate the moving creature in my tank. (pic 1666)
