  15. hi fuel, thanks for the link, would try to visit various beaches and do some parameter testing too, btw, if we are to use UV light to sterilize the NSW, how long should the expose period be for say ie. 9W, and also the ideal flow rate ? but in the process would we also eliminate any helpful bacterias? sorry for the many questions.

  19. Hi bro/sis, was wondering if any 1 here uses natural seawater from beaches (ie. ECP/Punggol/Changi etc), any problems with using them? such as parasites suspended in water when we draw them into the jerry cans?
  20. Hi bro law and sis desideria thanks for the encouraging words, Hi comycus, guess just tyco that the scaping can put colonoies ba, haha , hmm speaking of blue light, having problems with turning it on properly, the light tubes keep flickering, twist the tube a bit on for less than 5 min flicker again. zzzz.
  21. Hi comycus, yeah I agree with you with regards to Vincent, I was for a while thinking that his charges were slightly higher, but I have no complaints after he has helped me with my tank setup, though not much glasswork from him, but his service is second to none IMHO, and he really tries his best to meet our timing and expectations, despite his busy schedule and personal life. And he really pays attention to details and most willing to take in suggestions readily. even told me to call him if I needed any help or advise during his ICT.
  22. Wow, many thanks for the explanation bro! saved wht u typed here icic.. hmm, will just have to wait then,
