I am using prodibio biodigest for many years with good results. On top of that I'm dosing vodka. A few months ago I swtich to different bacteria brand and my tank filled with red stuff, probably cyno. I switch back to prodibio, it is back to normal now. As for your tank, circulate the water well and be patient to let your tank cycle for a while before puting any LS.
