Colour should be like that if you want wet skimming. But from the picture, the top looks dry and there is a gap between the bubbles and the dark dry skimate. I think your skimmer water level is not stable. Is this in the sump?

Either one also can but only problem is the thermostat sensor placing. If the thermstat sensor is placed on the inlet, then it will give the correct sensing and the chiller will on/off properly according to the tank temperature. If you put the water outlet near the sensor, the chiller will cut in/off according to the chiller temperature which will be very frequent.

1/10HP is the cooling capacity of the chiller not the electrical HP. Should use the running ampere x voltage which will get your electrical power consumption of your chiller.

Try calling Henry if he has any seagrass. Your sohal should leave the seagrass alone coz it got spines all over the body. Last year my dad caught some seagrass off changi beach however did not survive in my tank, may be I didn't acclimatise properly.

Should not remove the prawns. Let if be comsumed by the bacteria and let the process complete its cycle. Would be good if you could dose some bacteria which can be bought from the LFS, to ensure that you have the correct strains. Make sure NO2 is zero before putting any lifestock, etc. Put 1 or 2 hardy fish first. Test kit you can use salifert.

Seagrass works for me. Used to have aiptasia garden which almost wipeout all my sps, now left 3-5 small ones. I've tried joe juice, kalk, hotwater, pepermint, all do not work for me. This is my seond seagrass. My first seagrass, I threw back to the sea coz it start nipping on my yellow milli. Then the whole tank bloom with aips. My second seagrass did a great job and clean up the tank. Those remaining aips just hiding, waiting to bloom again if my seagrass were to 'disappear'. Also, my second seagrass, doesn't nip on my sps or lps, but just luv henry's food, since there is not much aiptasia to go around. No need to buy all those stuff, just throw that ugliest seagrass fish in your tank and let it do its work. Hope Henry would bring more of those 'trained' seagrass.
