  1. No need to put RCCB/ELCB because your house's main already have 30milli-amp RCCB installed.
  2. Got my at Blk 802 King George's Ave. They display lots of screws in front of the shop.
  3. MCCB = moulded case circuit breaker. Used in bigger amperes rating such as 60A and above and mostly used in 3phase system. What you are looking at is a MCB. Miniature circuit breaker. From 6amps to abt 100amps and normally single phase system.
  4. Very interesting topic ... keep it coming.....
  5. Feed my sun coral by putting in a bowl and put lots of goodies and swirl the water every few minutes.
  6. 2x150W = 300 x 1.8(losses) = 540W Rated Current = 540W/230V = 2.3A Use a 10A MCB Can still connect a chiller of not more than 4.5amps rated current or 1.2kW without tripping.
  7. Use the circuit with contactor if the total current for MCB 1 & 2 exceeds the current rating of the timer. There shall be a main MCB for the incoming, preferably with 30milli-Amp RCCB/ELCB in tandem.
  8. Get an acrylic tank. Will be much cheaper and clearer. Ask Ian.

  16. No problem with SLF. They prefer those algae than fishes that moving around. I've got 4 in my small 2.5footer tank. Only thing is that they are a bit territorial with each other. Just went to Jalan Kayu LFS. Still got lots of SLF.
