  1. You should use 70% grey card actually. They will turn out pretty well. However, I still recommend using external flash, or multiple external flash if possible.

  3. I heard a fresh water forum might be having a Aquarium Photography workshop soon, maybe next month. I know they have quite a few good photographer for Aquarium. I could share if they confirmed but, will it be appropriate to post it here if there is one?
  4. Hi, Thanks for the interest! Thickness is at least 11mm (from my measuring tape), I believe its 12mm since I had not heard of 11mm glass panels. Previous owner used for about 2 years, i kept for about 1 month or so. Too dark where? Sump area? It wasn't set up yet, just a 2 ft sump tank and some pipes inside ATM. Paiseh huh, using iPhone camera
  5. I believe you know the colour when viewing from top view and side view is different hor.....
  6. Thanks, will go check it out. I find most of the LFS or HWS sell only normal elbows etc. Hard to find stuff like those barbed connectors etc.
  7. Anyone know where I can find the most complete collection of PVC bulk head, connectors, unions, valve etc in Singapore? I stay in Ang Mo Kio.
  8. From experience, I don't find clams need too much lights. My current tank is a 2x1x1.5, clam on sand bed, lighting 4x21w T5HO. Looking very good after 2 months + coming to 3.
  9. After much considerations, I had decided to sell off the 3 footer focus on my 2 footer. Just bought this set not ago from a reefer here. It comes with 2' sump, skimmer, FR, 2 DIY MH lights and some pumps. Comes with free live rock and sand too. So basically is a plug and play. Looking at about $250 excluding delivery. (Neg) Skimmer as per previous owner (picture taken from AM) Condition I would say 6/10 with some Formica chipping off. The hinge on one of the door is rusty. Not for fussy buyer. Interested please contact me via mobile @ nine33nine five88three. PS: Viewing can be anytime this week as I am on leave. I stay 5 mins walk from YCK MRT. æå–œå‘è´¢ Regards, macrobutt

  12. I got a feeling those are not the HO type. Maybe you can check the 2ft tubes, T5HO will be 24w.
  13. I do not think glue can withstand high speed and especially at high pressure. Your better bet is getting a replacement pump.
  14. Don't you guys even bother to read the FAQ in SM's signature? Most if not all of the asked questions are inside there.
  15. No problem. I am considering upgrading to LED anyway
  16. Bro, Are your MH bulbs new or used? I am interested. Thanks!

  19. I thought there is one is Seletar Farmway? Anyway, anyone knows the exact location?
  20. Bioplast at Boon Keng road. Either that or you can purchase CO2 tank from Nature Aquarium opp Thomson Medical Centre and they do one to one replacement of tanks instead of topping up.
  21. Provided the thermometer is accurate, that is...... I visited a member house recently. I was shocked to see his thermometer shows 23 degrees cel and his tank have got no condensation!!!!................ ..................only to find out his chiller shows 28.
