  1. Twice per day. Once before i left work in the morning and another time when i come back from work in the evening. Usually will supplement with mysis shrimp as and when i feel like.
  2. Very nice tank bro, all fish looks fat and healthy.
  3. I second that to insufficient food present. End of the day it's survivor of the fittest.
  4. Thanks for sharing. This skimmer look very solid and well built, give me another option when i upgrade.
  5. I don't switch off my wavemaker as well. It should be fine with coral and fish as i'm only a 2 feet tank but i got 2 wm (1 x Mp10 and 1 X Conch basic 10) blowing creating turbulence flow and my occupant are all living happily.
  6. Remember patience bro for the well being of long term success. =)
  7. Nice softie tank bro. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  8. Nice equipment list but the chiller seems quite overkill bro lol.
  9. Very nice LPS tank bro. Lots of "moving" corals.
  10. $10 Sent from my PadFone 2 using Tapatalk
  11. Don't use direct flow on the sand bed to avoid sand storm but try having some flow on it.
  12. I used to have that problem as well, but i will try to swift and suck out the brown algae during water change. Also you could try having more flow around the sand bed which helps. But the root cause is still your water parameter, if you can try minimise your po4 and no3 they should disappear soon.
  13. Previously i choose one that is about same size as my existing one and place my new one inside a beta box. Initially my existing clown constantly checking out the new clown inside the beta box, after a few weeks i begin to see my old clown exhibiting some submission position (Swimming sideways showing belly up) which makes me think it's a good opportunity to try and release the new one together. After one hour, i can see them swimming together happily. But that's just my experience not sure will it works for your case.
  14. It's really dependent on your water parameter, if you could maintain good husbandry practice they won't bug you anymore.
  15. Sorry to hijack your threads bro. What about those tiny sized clam like 2" or 3" one? Anyone know where can we find?
  16. Did you stir or aerate long enough? I used to have that problem but after i use it only after running pumps overnight, everything clear up.
  17. Bro is evaporation rate high for such tank? I'm also thinking of something like that probably put inside my room.
  18. haha yeah that's what i thought also. reach 100 he can post in pasar malam liao lol.
  19. Look extremely clean and minimalist.
  20. Save some electricity bro lol. Only start when you need lor since electrical bill in Singapore no joke.
  21. I think it's all up to luck. I got a friend who kept 3 clown together in a small 2 feet tank and they have never fight. Btw he kept false perc.
