  11. Hi SantaMonica , i m very impress with the ability of a scrubber to remove no3 and po4 so i decided to build one . I have read your thread many times but i cant seem to find the reason why arent there any algae growing on my screen. My screen had not been seeded and i'm using 2 , 13 w 2700k lights, on for 18 hours a day. It has been running for 5 days now and there are only a few dots of brown algae on my screen. Could u help me identify the problem with my scrubber?

  16. It is best to plan on what corals and fishes u woulld like to keep first then read up on their requirement and plan on how to keep good water parametre for the corals. After that then u could buy ur equipment and set up a nice tank for once. If u rush u will be like me wait till sumthing happens eg, coral die , then find out whats the cause and have hard time mending it. This lead to my decom of my previous tank
  17. haha i would really love my scrubber to work as i only have 2 methods of filtration now , DSB and Scrubber.
