i just pour boiling water over big rocks and let it soak in a big pail. The apitasia will die from the boiling water.

i cook the rock in boiling water and leave it to dry. Then wash it under tap water to remove and dirty. So far so good no sight of apitasia.

i already have rocks in my tank to seed this batch of rocks. I have boiling water bath the rocks twice and still unsure about it. Don't want any of the apitasia to get into my main tank. Do i need to sun the rocks also to make sure the apitasia is 100% dead?
