For suspect flatworms invasion, take out the colony and drip it in coralRX but most of the time, it causes most stress than treatment. Alternatively, u can use a blaster to blow at the coral or try your luck with six lines wrasses hoping they go for the flatworms.

PO4 is one of the main cause too

As long there is light, algae will grow. U can get algae eater such as snails or algae Benny to clean up

most possibly found on your monti cap. Get yellow wrasses to consume them

try to cut back on the feeding and export nutrient out via water change (dun use NSW) or marcoalage. also try reducing the lighting hrs

User of the mentioned 2 bulbs b4, reflex gives u more Bluish looks while BLV tends to be more yellowish
