    Go for the highest HP u can get locally such as 1.5 hp to minimise the chiller run time and to reduce electrocity bill. it's more econmony in the long term

    Hi, u might want to consider getting a bigger Hp for your chiller. 1/2 Hp would definitely not support a tank of that size

    Re u using overflow ? If yes, the current is not pushing that pool of oil down back into the overflow. Or alternatively, try to use a PH to blow near to the water surface to create ripple current
