No I don't dose daily. Normally the salt mix would have some calcium too. Dose only when needed. Use a test kit. As Ca and kH are related, overdosing may affect the kH which in turn affect the pH. So be very careful. I'm using Brightwell products. The only thing that I dose daily is Reef Biofuel by Brightwell. Lowers nitrate and phosphate, which is impt for small tanks.high nitrate would cause corals to close up and eventually die. Happened to me before.

Yes Aussie corals rocks! Maybe I shud get an aussie Acan too! Haven't seen one that stands out. Love the scolymia tho.

I dose calcium supplement and change 10-20% water once a week. Using pure distilled water and Red Sea coral salt mix.

Thanks bro royston. Small tank dun require sump. But I believe a Refugium would help reduce nitrates

agree. i'm using dymax vortex. elegant and efficient.
