    Hi bro, I did not get the permit; Also, my tank maker didn't say anything about getting a permit. So I think is ok; but I am not familiar with the rules/law regarding big tank. Please double check with the authority or management depending on where you are staying.

    Hi guys, Just to close this post. Alan has been a great help in making my reno done up; though of course it was delayed; but at least everything is done up nicely. The main culprit is Andy; and now they are no longer in partnership. Thanks Alan, once again; for your help and great responsibility to continue the reno work. I have moved into my place early Jan.
