  1. Your boss knew that you are into reefing; so ask you to move there .... hahaha
  2. By the way, I think AM water is saltmix. Tropic Marine brand or something. Hence it is more expensive than NSW.
  3. By the way, side track a bit here .... Anyone here know any good, nice property lawyer? I am trying to sell a private property for my friend who is in overseas without going thru any agent. Thanks in advance!
  4. Hahahaha, you guys very funny! I do not cover my top ... so far no fishes jump out .... touch wood ... oopss ... except one .... forgot which one already, could be a damsel. 5. yeah, no problem; But I guessed; not much training is involve; I think he got too hungry so he has to eat something. In the tank; he could not rush or fight for the food I threw in; All the other hungry like wolves fishes always finish up the food before they touch the sand bed. I think the other 2 mandarins are smarter; they climbed up the live rocks to catch some food
  6. Hi, just sharing my experience; I got 3 mandarins; after about 1 month or so; saw that one getting skinnier while the other 2 are getting bigger. So I catch the skinny one out and put into the betta box; Throw pellets; arctic pods; mysis shrimp; brine shrimp in. Saw him personally ate the mysis and brine shrimp; Did not see him took the pellets or arctic pods; but found the number of pellets reduced after one day.
  7. Not sure about your calculation. But hey, do you need to have it on 24 hours? Currently for me, I just turn it on at night till morning. Let's say about 11 hours.

  11. Yo bro, me not planning to get bigger tank; but may change to a 2 ft EOS tank; so it will truly be a cube inside. Yeah, planning to put the chiller outside the cabinet and extend the sump. Not anytime soon; got other priorities at the moment .... hehehe ... including iPad
  12. Since I saw some of my fishes got white spots; I have changed 30% of my water on both last Sat and Sun. Usually I change only once a week. Was also introduced to this product which the LFS claimed to be a good one and they use it too to clear white spots. Maybe bro here who has experienced in this product can help to comment. Thanks! Have used it for 3 days .... not sure the result yet; as you know white spots come and go.
  13. Yeah, hopefully he will gain weight very soon; just checked again; some of the mysis shrimp is gone!
  14. Yeah, all small ones; 2 seemed to be getting fat; so I guessed they are feeding well. Only this spotted one; keeps losing weight; but should be ok now, as he is in betta box and feeding.

  17. Good news to my skinny spotted mandarin. Managed to catch it yesterday night as he is getting skinnier and does not much strength to escape. Put him in the betta box and gave him pellets and arctic pods this morning; no response. Came back tonight and saw the number of pellets have decreased. Gave him some brine and mysis shrimp just now .... and he ate them too.... Guessed I can save this mandarin after all. Cheers! Here is he ... yeah he is skinny.
