    U can use Henrys Reef Gourmet. Works very well but you need to control your feeding otherwise your water will foul up very fast. other options will be feeding with mysis or brine shrimps.

    Maybe you can try what Fuel suggested but I find it difficult to turn the filter sock inside out especially with the plastic handles there.
