I don't think this is available in Singapore as there are no distributors for this here if I'm not mistaken. But from the specs, it measures phosphates from 0.01ppm to 2.5ppm and accuracy is 0.04ppm. Some reefers on RC have tested it and they claim that it is as accurate as the more expensive phosphate calorimeter that uses a different wavelength.
