Will this actually work? On RC, many people have already mentioned that it is almost impossible for 2 mushrooms to fuse together.

I have used Seachem Matrix in my 2x1x1 FOWLR and 3x2x2 reef tanks previously and they have never been effective in reducing the nitrates in my tanks. I only managed to reduce my nitrates through using AZ NO3 and later Prodibio Bio Clean and Bio Digest.

1 foot rock can put at least 10 rics...

Seems that vinegar can be used to regenerate GFO also. Not sure if anyone here has tried it before though. I had a hard time finding pure NaOH drain cleaner, so I tried regenerating some GFO last night with 50% vinegar solution. It seemed to work well. The phosphate concentration of the soak solution was off the charts. I'm not sure if vinegar will foul the GFO surface though. Lemon, don't take what I said/wrote as a personal attack on you. Those who know me will know that i'm a straight talking person who says things as they are and I never mince my words. The only thing I was putting forth was that once an issue has been closed, settled and dusted, then let's just move on. There is no point to continue harping on such issues because over time, it may backfire on you if people feel that it has become a witch hunt.

Personally speaking, since Daryl is no longer in this forum, there is really no necessity for you to go and find out what he is doing in any other forum or what he is doing to make a fool out of himself. Furthermore since he is already banned, is there really a need to drag his name through the mud further and gloat over it? End of the day, when u go out into the working world, you will find many people u hate or detest on a personal basis but you may still need to work with them if they are your colleagues, customers, suppliers or superiors. Lest we all forget, this is still an online forum where most of us will not know one another so there's really no point in calling people clowns or any other names.
