The retail shop markup is actually way more than 100% and is much higher if they are also the importer. Markup is exceptionally high especially for the ungraded diamonds.

I heard Aquamart may be bringing in 60 bottles of DT live pods this month but I have not been able to get a firm confirmation from them yet.

U want to get a "rock"??? U want those with GIA certs? I know the lady boss at a shop in orchard that is also an importer/exporter of various types of "rocks". Most of the tais tais in singapore go to this shop for their "rocks"...And they have those cuts that you do not see at all in Lee Hwa, Gold Heart or any other chains.

Just checked my tank again. Found another blasto that is gone case already. Another 2 very bad condition. Another brain seems to have receded quite badly also. Will probably have to start target feeding my corals soon. Right now start flooding my tank with food every night. Surprisingly my Rhizos, suns and super suns don't seem to be doing too badly. Checked my NO3. Now at 25-50ppm range. Still within my range...

My guess is too much light...

Trip was ok but I lost quite a number of my corals. In fact I lost 3 of my brains, 3 of my blastos and I have 2 acans which may or may not survive.. Also, my tank is now brown and green...have managed to clean off most of the brown algae today but need to get an algae scrubber to get rid of the green algae since they stick to the walls of my aquarium. Surprisingly, my Yuma and Duncans are opening up much larger than before. Will probably have to do a water change soon but likely a small water change this weekend and get Victor to deliver NSW to me next week before I do a large water change.

If I remember correctly, I did read about culturing pods in RC previously. Quite a number of people there have sucessfully cultivated pods in stand alone containers.

Yup, you do have a point in that the Prodbio bulk order pricing is way below what we can get from any LFS locally (you could probably get reef booster slightly cheaper at Petmart if they still have their discount). Many of the equipments and additives sold by our local LFSes are actually quite expensive compared to prices you could get overseas and that's probably one reasons why websites such as bulkreefsupply and marinedepot are so popular amoung our reefers here.

Blastos are pretty slow growers at least mine are... Not sure how much calcium they take in but not too much in my opinion. Blastos are fraggable.

End of the day, for bulk orders, we aren't supposed to make a profit right? And the main reason for bulk sales is to get a sizeable discount off the RRP for reefers right? But at the end of the day, the admin and mods have to make the final decision whether items that are sold by sponsers in SRC can be given the green light for bulk orders.

Another thing to take note of is the water flow around the Rhizo. If you put it where the current is hitting the Rhizo face on, then the Rhizo will not open fully. I somehow don't think over feeding once will cause slime to form around the rhizo mouth. Maybe you can check if nearby corals are irritating the rhizo.

U mean when it first eat finish the prawn meat or at night? Normally Rhizos will open their tentacles fully only at night. By the way, if you want to feed your Rhizo large pieces of prawn meat, my suggestion is to feed it only 1-2 times per week. Feed too much and it might die instead.
