Hi, hv a 4 ft T5 retrofit 2 tubes type, hidden ballast. can anyone enlighten how to replace the ballast? btw, i know a hobbyist in hougang a DIY man whom i bought the Rio 32 from. he can do all electrical work including led light too. i deleted his contact. anyone know his nic or contact? many thks.
