cleaner shrimp very irirtating! i had my fair share of frustrations.. thats why currently only 2 fire shrimps in my tank.. they pick up the left over food, and they never grab food from my corals, as far as my pair is concerned.. haha..

just 2 new additions.. have not been stocking much due to the very heavy workload from school... fish with alot of character.. i can sit down and just look at him for a good 10mins, swimming around the live rocks, positioning itself in every tiny hole it finds in the LR, and pops in and out like how a jawfish would do when its in the sand.. very cute fella.. haha.. got it today... its been awhile since i've seen blastos...

wow! very nice and colourful combination of soft corals and SPS! i see quite a number of fishes in the tank, the SPS are able to handle the bioload of the fishes?

nice spot for the zoas.. my zoas that are near the surface, and those on the frag rack tend to grow faster... i realise they do better with strong lights...

i'm no expert here, but you can do a search for non photosynthetic corals on google example of such can be sun corals and sea fans, there are many more out there.. just take note they need to be target-fed

thats what i heard as well... sad that such a hardy/beginner SPS, is not commonly seen in SPS shipments.. its beautiful as one big colony.. and yes, i notice some growth for my frag from the time i got it since Day 1... just dont like too many stuff on my sand bed.. and i have a feeling my maxspec 110W not strong enough to reach my sandbed 2ft down... zoas place at the bottom tend to have "long necks", in fact i realise the zoas on my frag rack (which is closest to the surface), are doing the best.. thank you bro! hope to meet you some day around LFS
