hey guys... i cannot find my yellow wrasse!!! checked the filter and pumps, checked the surroundings of the tank (in case it jumps out) its not there! i doubt its dead cos i just saw him this morning.. read about it being able to bury itself under the sand... 1) will it bury its whole body under the sand and there'll be no indication as of where it will be? 2) any pictures of your yellow wrasse hiding??? really hope to find it soon.. haha... or rather, hope that it will come out soon...

hey guys... Just started this hobby and the first salt i used is Red Sea salt... i've got no idea which was good i just grabbed the first one i saw.. haha.. turn out after reading so many bad comments about this brand, i'm thinking of switching it to Tropic Marine, after reading all the feedback.. few questions here, 1) changing my sea salt, will it affect anything? currently only have fishes and live rocks, no corals yet... 2) whats the price range of Tropic Marine sea salt? any recommended places to get it? 3) is Red Sea salt really that bad??? haha....

looking for this interesting fish.. yellow-faced jawfish it'll bury itself under the sand right? issit common in LFS? was at CF last week, they do not have them... any special characteristics of it that i have to take note of????

i think i was refering to coraline.. haha... how to i have them on my rocks? as for my plant-eating LS, i think i got the wrong concept.. i thought algae is an easy way to supplement their diet w/o feeding them.. haha..

hey guys.. i was hoping for my liverocks to grow some algae on it after 1 month of cycling, but theres not much progress... wanted at least some algae on it for my LS to feed on them... however of cos i would like to avoid an algae bloom... any advice i can get out there? (: thanks!

ya.. the first time i was also confuse.. cos the address above brought me to Ericsson Pet Farm.... but Ah Beng is one of those stretch of farms, like what the other reefers told me, there's an arowana sign outside that place, when u enter there are a few farms in there....

when i first started this hobby one month ago, i bought so many LR!!! now i only got about 2kg of excess LR... (small ones about 5pieces only) intend to give away to any of the new reefers that stays near me... PM me if you are interested!!! hehe...

ok... looks like i got no choice then... the pipe look very ugly with the skimmer pump inside my tank... my tank's only 2ft, so the pump looks very big inside my tank.. haha..

hmmm.. i have a small problem... the tube for the output for my skimmer is big, is there anyway that i can connect it to a smaller tube? hope you get what i am trying to say.... the diameter of the tube for the skimmer is too big to connect to the tube which has a smaller diameter... any solutions?

hi, thanks for the reply.. my tank is a 2feet tank (2ft x 1.2ft x 1.5ft) flowrate for my filter is 1500l/hr using a Resun CL650 as my chiller and my skimmer is a Macro Aqua protein skimmer (Needlewheel AS-100P 400l, 1200l/h)
