  1. is that a huge mat of gsp on the left? woww. cynarina and brain doesn't look very happy though
  2. brains sold, left with $25 $15 free with any purchase. photo doesn't show the turquoise center and sides
  3. dont be alarmed if your corals shrink or look dead in the night, they should be fine in the morning after you turn on your lights for awhile. soft corals generally can be placed in close vicinity but hard corals will sting each other/or other soft corals, to the death if within reach
  4. looks like market prawn/fish to me. your garden eel doesn't seem friendly to small fishes. with regards to the bubble, try an area with very low flow and if you want you can feed them mysis or other frozen foods. they are really easy to feed, just touch their tentacles with food and they will grab it.
  5. went to iwarna, good if you're looking for green corals as in the above post. fish wise there are quite a number of leopard wrasses, medium - large. many small coral beauties which dont seem to be common, normally all i see are large ones.
  6. thanks for your interest! up for the night, bubble price now $25 the bubble has been with me since the early days of my marine journey, really big and healthy
  7. red open brain ~3.5" $18 open brain ~4" $18 pink bubble, ~8" length, ~4" width $30 4 headed hammer $15 brown with turquoise center and side, mushroom frag, larger than a fifty cent coin $5 viewing is at tampines, do pm or sms me at 98326054 if interested, thanks!
  8. i bought my clown goby from ah beng. when it was there it wasn't in the best of colours. rather pale compared to the other more yellow clown gobies, didn't look like the most ideal one. but it was the only one that took frozen brine shrimp that i asked the guy to throw in and now its doing very well and coloured up too.
  9. hi does anyone know the lifespan of the bulbs? is it like the normal 1w/3w with gives about 50000 hours etc. thanks!
  10. looking for one that is stable and feeding do pm me if you've one for sale, thank you!
  11. not advisable since your longnose hawk is there. moreover 5 peppermints would be about $50? too expensive for fish food imo however if your hawk doesn't bother existing shrimps at all, you can try adding larger peppermints one by one and see how it goes
  12. selling of my ~3" rusty, got it from another reefer previously. it is doing well, REEF SAFE, and not pecking on any my corals (leathers, mushrooms, many types of LPS eg brains, hammer, frogspawn, fox, elegance, bubble, duncan, torch etc). currently taking pellets, flakes, and frozen. i'm selling it cause it's making my firefish jump more often image is from an online site cause i couldn't get a picture of mine going for $10 viewing is at tampines, do pm me if interested or sms at 98326054 thanks!
  13. they have been hosting for about half a year already and the frogspawn has grew from 3 heads to almost 6 heads within that period. there isn't severe ill effects for the frogspawn but i just want it to back to what it used to be in its full glory
  14. selling off this pair which has been with me since the start of my tank. i'm selling them because they have been hosting my frogspawn and preventing it from opening up fully, especially stressful for one of the smaller heads. one came from AM and the other from another reefer. both sizes are about 1.5", the one that is brighter orange in colour is slightly larger and more dominant. i'm not sure whether they are mated yet but they are always together and have been sleeping together for quite sometime now. eats everything i put into the tank, which includes flakes, market prawn, frozen/live brine, frozen mysis and pellets. selling at $8 for the pair viewing is at tampines do pm if interested
  15. currently reserved by ranchuboy. will update again if buyer backs out. thanks for your interest
  16. almost new. the original packaging is still available. selling cause i got hold of a refractometer bought at $10 from iwarna, other shops selling at $14-$17(personally checked), letting go at $7 From Coralife. Range is 1.010 to 1.030. Because of the unique design of the Deep Six Hydrometer, the hobbyist can take a water sample at six inches in depth without submerging their hands in the water, thus avoiding the possibility of contamination. Samples taken at six inches in depth have been proven to give a more accurate salinity reading than surface samples. Every unit is calibrated and tested for accuracy using advanced testing procedures. Each Deep Six Hydrometer is then assigned its own individual certification number. With its durable construction and easy-to-read scales, the Deep Six is guaranteed to provide years of reliable performance. Designed to give temperature-corrected readings in warm water aquariums, readings can be read in ppt and specific gravity. The Deep Six is accurate to +/- 0.001 specific gravity. Dimensions: 6.25" x 1" x 11"
