  1. if you're getting a gramma dont get damsels too. especially those yellow tail blue damsels. i've lost a royal gramma to that. $20 lose to $2 sighhhh
  2. agreed! no matter how small and timid it is now, it'd change soon. i've lost 3 leopard wrasses (~3"), 1 banana (2.5") and 1 hawaiian pin stripe (2") to a less than 1.5" sixline. and those are only the ones i remember
  3. ahh never never never never dose copper in a reef tank. your corals won't like it even though the fish may need the treatment for ich. did you do a water change after that?

  7. picture from LiveAquaria below shows when the stripes displayed, selling one of mine cause i failed in pairing them up, bigger one keeps chasing the smaller one. selling off the smaller one which is about 1.5" at $12. currently residing in my sump, still active and feeding well on pellets, flake as a staple. when i first got it was using live adult brine shrimp, haven't tried frozen yet. collection and viewing is at tampines thank you

  10. hello may i know the footprint of the skimmer? any pictures? thanks
  11. i've been following up on the G1 thread and from there i saw that the lifespan of the bulbs are quite short, especially the 3w ones. does the new G2 really state 5 years for replacement or lifespan?
  12. i personally find it hard to maintain lps colours without a chiller. previously i had mannyyyyy problems with lps bleaching due to fluctuating temp. try finding a second hand one on the fourm! shouldn't cost you too much for a 3'
