  11. Pai Seh, lemme try again...please bear with me yah...
  12. Hi Reefers, After several heart-breaking attempts to re-introduce corals to my old tank (which has been a fish-only tank for a few years), I finally dedcided to give it another try...I had even hardy mushies melt literally overnight in my last few attempts! After mixing new water for 1 week and cycling the tank with 30kg of figi liverocks for 3 weeks, I went to a LFS yesterday and bought a 2-inch regal tank, skin polyps, hairy mushrooms and supersun corals. Yes, gorgeous supersuns (2 big heads and 2 small ones). On my way home, I was hesitating whether was i too impulsive to get sunnies for a new set-up. However, I was greeted with a pleasant suprise when the sunnies were in full blossom just 5 hours into the tank! Success finally! Yippee! The skin polpys are totally opened up this morning and the regal tang is happily taking pellets. Ironically, only the mushies are not opened yet. Well, at least they are not melting! A pix of my tank with liverocks only.....
  13. Haha! I just returned from Jireh. Bought a supersun with 3 heads - gorgeous! Hope they will remain open in my tank
  14. Is there any LFS that sells sun corals? Esp those that are already opened? Henry's shop?
  15. Thanks guys! I have a powerhead in the tank liao. I would add another one later today.....
  16. My condolences to your RTBA It was a beauty
  17. Thanks all! i am currently using Rowaphos. It is not really an outbreak lah but the brownish tinge makes the rocks look dirty & i am worried that they may reduce coralline algae growth. I don't use DI water but tap water treated with Kent Marine Ammonia eliminator.....
  18. hmmm...couldn't be your fish rite? but they look like clownfish eggs though...got eyes some more! cute!
  19. So how do I get rid of it? Thks.
  20. Halo, As above, just wondering why there are brown algae on live rocks and branches, even phospate is near zero? None on the sandbed and glass. I don't even switch on the actinic lights very long daily. Thanks!
  21. Halo! just wanna find out how do you acclimitise ur corals? Any special methods? Thanks!
  22. Hi there, As above. Mine is still a new tank, 2 weeks into cycling period. Is that normal? Thanks!
