Stop buying fish for a month or two.lower yr SG to 1.014 for two months.use a reliable hydrometer. Get a fish if u dont have now to assess yr water chemistry after that,if its ok after 3 weeks, slowly add again at interval of three weeks.just my two cents idea, There shuld be good improvement after that,
