oh yah!.. make sure u sercure the airtube properly.. then after the water start flowing.. u can leave the air tube in there, for future use.

Hey bro, another simple modification u can do. insert an air-tube as shown in the pic below before u put back the surface skimmer. then u try to suck air out from the airtube. the rest of the procedure will be the same.. This should work liao .. so far this is the best mod i did for my overflow

Have u tried ###### the air out instead of pouring water in ..? Do the same thing, like closing the the ball valve. Then suck the air out from the top( where u used to pour water in). Then cover the top, and open the valve.. then fast flowing water can get rid of some air left in the bend.. after a short while.. open the top to let it regulate itself.. Hope this will help..

As for me.. Among all the tangs i tried... Powder blue is the hardest. Maybe becos i have other tangs in there, so its afraid to come out and eat... I feel Its very timid.

try live brine.. so far.. this is the most effective method i tried.. can even get moorish idol to eat. Mix some frozen mysis when u feed... Live brine is just to trigger its desire to eat.. once it start eating anything will be ok..
