i found a new marine fish shop .. its part of mainland their fish are real good condition and they even hire someone to take care for the fish to make sure its healthy .. worth to go see.. it at pasir ris. not iwana that side..

atlantis dun really have much LS.. corals are all buttons, leather, mushrooms and sponges .. but things are cheap. but was rather disappointed that 2 of the partners din noe anything about marine stuff and still trys to sell me things. they din noe wat is call a LPS and SPS...

the concept is the same as needle wheel. only that no needle. the venturi was remove to increase flow rate. will post u a picture of it when i free.

i tried before and it works .. i use a weipro 2012 and a 1200L/h PH to run .. pump in air at the PH inlet. the impeller break up the bubble into smaller bubbles. and it skim so much beter than the usual weipro.. but i removed the venturi in the skimmer to do this.

Hmm... isn't the wattage supposed to add up .. so if 25 + 25 = 50 watts .. then run on a 40W cannot meh .. ?? seems that the text book teach wrongly ..

hey bro, never never remove the partition unless u have a way to support the middle. my new tank cracked becos i believed that it doesn't need to. Ended up, the center too weak, the tank cracked rite in the middle. maybe u can replace the parition with a column to support the weight.

i think navyblue idea is gd . i DIY my sump a few mths ago with acrylic and silicon but face problem when i want to shift the location of the compartments and change the height of each compartments.
