yea bro. that's a great idea! as what you mention, the "sai" and the dirty particles will move around. the water that i siphon out will be much cleaner.. Does 50% water change a drastic change? because i intend to purchase NSW from iwarna. Not much corals only hairy mushroom and tube worms left. rest are all fishes which have been with me for a year / 2 year+

wow thx for the feed back guys. comycus: have read the article seems the type of steps i am going to perform (some steps dont think so) raydiative: because the main concern is the bacteria that is house on the bio balls and coral chips (not sure whether they are bacteria or nitrate builder ) Liverocks have been in there more then a year, so i think migration can be done as raydiative done it twice... will try it out! thanks guys

hi, any 1 try before migrating your current tank (old) to a brand new tank? lets say i got a 3ft tank, i want to buy another 4ft tank discarding away the old 3ft tank. I transfer all the media / live rock / water / inside. after that put in the fishes (like moving house but everything's the same). Will the fishes get new tank syndrome? any side effect of doing that other then stressing the fishes? Any 1 try before kindly advice and really appreciate it. thanks!

Hi, Might want to sell this 4 inch purple tang. Been with me over 1 year plus. Eat anything (pellets,lettuce,mysis,prawn e.t.c e.t.c) Brought at $90 from ah beng. Selling price - $90 Nett Must have at least 3 feet tank~. (it's not that aggressive to new tank mates) and, it's living in water with Nitrate above 100 and phosphate 1 (yes... with salifert test kit =.=) no issue. haha Reason of selling: Reduce bio load as got 3 purple tang. attached is the picture taken from the web identical to it (colour tone)

Am using Aquabee 3000, from sump to 4ft tank (1.5ft high) the water / wattage is very very good in my opinion. silent and not much heat produced~ my 2 cents on aquabee (changed it because the china brand pump is generating so much heat and using 100W!!!! and the flow for aquabee is much stronger when the china brand pump is 5000 litres =.=

omg, i think you never feed your fish? maybe you can feed them before introducing it to the tank. as what iskay mention, maybe put that into beta box for few days then let it go. am surpised that all my fishes (tangs and angel including tomato clown) knows that cleaner shrimp is like the "doctor"
