yea,given your budget, a canister is better for filtration as you have no sump,get a hang on skimmer + canister and one month of cycling, you can start to stock slowly.. (not all at once and not too many tangs in your fish tank unless you change water very frequently and suck poo daily) all the best!

6000litres per hour is strong enough for the 5 inch tang to enjoy swimming already (for my case). hope you get the wavemaker and enjoy seeing the fishes swimming hehe

you can get it 2nd hand in pasar malam, i have sold mine else can let it to you. however it's really up to the fish whether they would like to play with the current produced by the wavemaker, not getting the same model wil let the fish swim, it still depends on the fish 6000litres per hour

bro this plant, is dangerous (if i never see wrongly), if can grow over your zoas/corals and it can grow on the tank walls also as it grows super fast and is very very invasive (i still got in my tank).
