where did u buy ur moorish idol from? i bought mine form jirh marine. currently ich infested, but surviving for more than 2 weeks already. (: despite its ich, it eats everything i throw in the tank...even human hair lolz. maybe if u buy from there the chances of survival higher? im feeding new life spectrum, mysis, henry's food and occasioanlly brine shrimp. so far survive for 2 weeks. got ich but still haven die haha. eating like a champ. dunno why too. if u wanna try another moorish idol, perhaps can get from jirh marine (: and nice tank. for a budget tank, can keep monti so nicely and other gems. very good!

can u imagine...he smile then the teeth all so sharp. the eyes glow red. and he put his fin tru the head and remove the "bra" and eat his own brains and then use his fin and point to u and lick his lips......"you are next...muahahaha" then swim into the shadows.... next morning, ur neighbours smell a horrible stentch inside ur house. they call police, open the door and see ur decapitated body lying on the floor...blood all over the walls....every organ of ur body assembled nicely on ur dining table....except ur heart...it is no where to be found... the police look around and saw the fish tank. but all they see is a cute little nemo swimming innocently....when they take ur body away....an evil laugh fills the room and the nemo transform into the blood thirsty evil fish.... tonight everyone becareful...........look under ur beds..no. dun even bother.... no one is safe....

bring in these fishes can, but make sure got ppl buy and know how to take care...alot of time these fish buy liao ppl dunno how to take care -.- i ever see before in farm. those adults bring their family there to buy fish. the small little kids say "daddy daddy this fish nice and cute!" then the father give in la, let the child have wat he wants and buy the fish. and the fish that they are buying is an ornate butterfly. 100% coral polyp eater. so i dunno if they really know how to take care...if they know, then kudos! but if jusy buying for the sake of buying coz its nice, then really a pity. i think ppl shud read up on buying livestock before actually purchasing....otherwise its just wasting precious lives. i know alot of ppl do researc, but this forum only a small % of the reefers in the whole of singapore. and im sure many ignorant newbies just buy seeing how nice they are. everyone im sure at a point in time also like this haha. just my 2 cents (: hope the awareness of demanding fish keeping increases. and the technology to sustain them increases too haha (:

actualy GO coral quality really dam good. even tho the price maybe abit higher, the quality cannot compare with other place. so far none of my coral form there die. so i really dun mind paying much higher for good quality coral.

if he never harm u then just treat him normally lor (: dun need to take sides.

to be honest, those reef safe medicine i dunno if will work 100%. alot of ppl say work, but could be coincidence, the white spot cycle just over etc etc. best is hypo. or if u can tahan like me, just live with the white spot lor. its too much trouble to completely eliminate white spot. its earier to keep it under control. go tru so much trouble to eliminate 100%, just one drop of LFS water can start againt he white spot. so best is control it. keep it below catastrophic levels. (:
