cloves are photosynthetic. but they dont need alot of light. same light as mushies can liao. they can also catch and eat small food like rotifers and other stuff. can see the tentacle fold in one by one and sweep against the mouth

haha oni. cloves are really cheap la. iwarna sell them at 1.5 red notes for big colony. i waiting for them to bring in again then get 1 or 2 more. they bring in by the tub loads one lor. next time when i see will let u know.

ya. CF dun bring in nice corals one. only bring in softies. mush, zoos, leather and some cauliflower.. not worth it if u are going to buy corals because they dun carry corals. fish wise thats is a good place. however, sometimes CF have some gems hidden among their mush and zoos corner. i guess if ur lucky u can find them

this fish is way too big to hide inside those small nooks and crannies like my other smaller fish...so catching it is dam easy. haha. ya im ure it is in good hands! red's 6ft tank will surely giv him lots of fun and happiness.

yes ur right. they are mouth brooding. in about 10 days to 2 weeks u should see the male release all the fry at night. i raised them to about 2.5cm until all died. very high maintenance..got no time lol. btw that red PPE. i got a frag of it of 3 polyps that was given free. and all died coz jena stung by my torch XD i din know it was so ex...otherwise woud have treasured it more..

plates on rocks = die. especially the long tentacle ones like urs. the strawberry coral is a cauliflower. hate to say this but near impossible to keep alive. in captivity, it its only prolonging its death. i bought one too last time ): very nice tank btw. keep it up

u should never place a plate coral on the rocks. especially urs being a long tentacled plate, extra sensitive. the rock will rub and abrade their soft flesh. they likeliving on the sand.
