    we sometimes see the red head halichoeres for sale but this is a very rare green head species. halichoeres chlorocephala. endemic to the south-eastern PNG islands.

    for all the common angels feeding then dying without reason, the main problem usually lies with flukes. fluke infestation is common but easy to cure. freshwater dip removes all adults on the body. a little flukes is fine but most wild caught dwarf angels are riddled with flukes. flame and lemonpeels are prime suspects. try it the next time you buy a wild caught flame angel. dip it in freshwater for a few minutes. you'll be surprised what you find dropping off it's body.

    cf has 2 super big colini angels. 3-4 inches. really HUGEEE.

    juveniles striatus tangs are very nice but seldom seen.

    don't worry i will. but the morphing time really ranges from fish to fish and tank environment. can take pretty quickly or pretty slowly. i guess i'm on the slow side.

    not yet but it's starting. the largest one is no longer yellow, it's grey now. tail also starting to develop spots. but overall still very female looking. not veryyy obvious yet.
