thanks ahsiang. very blue i dunno why. camera problem. just came back from school for a briefing for my 3 week trip. tomorrow, go hospital for malaria, H1N1, tetanus and typhoid fever jab. wednesday go for another briefing. the following wednesday will be flying off to chennai, then another flight to sevapur for my 3 week india CIP. there goes my dam holidays. by the time i get back, will only have 1 more week before school. dam sian lah i regret even signing up for this.

wow 13 fishes! that's more than my 3ft tank haha! but not anymore. my 3ft tank more fishes now.

dunno. no method i guess. while feeding my fishes with pellets i noticed the CBB taking interest in it, following it around as the pellets float away, but was too slow for it. so i tried soaking the pellets to make it soft, and turned off the pumps. the cbb took its first bite and never spat it out, and was thus, pellet trained from that moment on. however it's time consuming to soak each pellet before feeding, and quite troublesome. so he seldom gets to eat much pellets anway. but he's very happy with frozen food

no, the blue eye anthias transformed into a flame angel! its amazing how the lights bring out the colours. evident in the ultra red potteri angel too hehe.

my old PBT, despite feeding, died. think it was unhealthy to begin with, but funny. it looked very healthy. anyway, got a new one from and old experienced reefer here. been with him very long and is feeding on pellets. can tell by the fatness lol. would like to thank joe for his PBT! it was on display for 2 days at the serangoon fish show. very beautiful specimen. colours are mega super intense. just offered nori and very pleased to see all my wrasses, flame angel and the PBT enjoying nori. strange enough i never feed nori because i don't have tangs, and my flame angel hates it. suprised to see all of them munching on it, even my wrasses. also, collected my cebu pylei wrasse from bro Mbmc. a big thanks to him too for a lovely 4 inch one. the ventral fins stretch as long as the length of its body, typical of all male pylei wrasses, regardless of region. the prominant black stripe that borders the tail, and the spot on its dorsal fin is gone, but nonetheless, a beauty in its own right. solid red throughout! rarely are they so red, usually in pale pink. no photos at the moment. but am overall, very satisfied today

ups for you cedric. these zoas are uncommon, but certainly obtainable rarely as hitchhikers, and they are never plentiful, and need a descerning eye to spot. and such specimens' polyps are always very small in my experience. ups for a healthy well seasoned specimen!

my old one never bothered any corals except candycanes. but sponges were all decimated. definately a hit or miss fish.

almost all LFS carry frozen mysis. don't need too many frozen foods, frozen mysis is good enough for most feedings. frozen blend can get from henry.
