  1. suttonia lineata. terry, this should interest you. i like it as well. more ornate than suttonia suttoni. from hawaii.
  2. marshall island caught colini angelfish. they have wide range and can be found all over the west pacific : Cocos-Keeling Atoll, parts of Indonesia, Palau (Belau), Guam, Fiji, and the Marshall Islands. but still difficult fish. here's a v old reposted video of a super healthy colini pair, alogn with multibar and venustus.
  3. lemon x tinker hybrid at PIA. not new but quite recent. never posted here before so sharing some of PIA's more noteworthy imports.
  4. plenty of nice joan's fairy wrasse and dispar anthias at henry. also blue boxfish, shepardi angel, charlene anthias, royal pencil wrasse, etc
  5. bodianus paraleucosticticus - sold. here's a picture of the fish taken today before it was sold. for those who are interested in knowing what it looks like. future enquiries can contact fuel or iwarna.
  6. very happy to see the rusty flame still alive. i am always very happy to hear my fish still alive and thriving in other reefers tank. so far have heard good news for a handful of my fish, including this one! am always happy to give away something precious to someone who can care for it. thanks for taking care of my fish
  7. yes thanks for your heads up, i would not have noticed it as well. the right side of the fish is similar and hasn't changed much, but the left side has morphed significantly! interesting growth pattern.
  8. Aray, i think you are right. the fish are the same. they morph as they grow. the markings are too similar for a hybrid. i will mend the post now. thanks for pointing this out!
  9. Here are two more shots. first picture shows B facing right second picture shows D facing right. the markings are extremely similar, but yet different. unless you are suggesting that the markings somehow morph as the fish grows, which is remarkable and not entirely impossible!
  10. i've attached the picture here for easy reference. B and D are quite similarly marked, but are not the same fish. B came into existence in 2008 and was sold to a japanese reefer, and it resides alone in an SPS tank. D is an old fish that has been kept for 3 years, but is now only making its appearance through this video. the picture above shows B and D both facing the left.
  11. beautiful tank with great patience in stocking. very well disciplined. that rusty flame hybrid looks familiar...
  12. omg i just realized, this is a new paracentropyge hybrid! look at the markings, it is different from all the others!
  13. Hmm interesting. I am unaware of the procedure unfortunately. However there are Chemicals that can Sedate fishes for awhile, especially when doing Procedures such as swim bladder lancing. Perhaps they were sedated the same way to reduce stress?
  14. yes that is a tigerpyge.and damn that hybrid venusta is amazing
  15. 2 slightly aberrant butterflies. a misbar fremblii, and a marginalis with a weird orange extension in the middle bar, where it is supposed to be orange-less.
  16. japan again, juvenile Coradion altivelis. the whole world is getting plate sized specimens but japan has a juvenile.
  17. two cool items released by LADD earlier this year. a unique maroon clown pair, and a Canthigaster smithae.
  18. that xenia tank is amazing and so peaceful. i saw the same rusty flame there when i was in bkk
  19. OMG. CIRRHILABRUS WALINDI!!!!!!!!! http://footage.shutterstock.com/clip-2473733-stock-footage-male-adult-walindi-wrasse-cirrhilabrus-walindi-swimming-underwater-in-solomon-islands.html
  20. a gorgeous feminine wrasse in the wild http://footage.shutterstock.com/clip-2488532-stock-footage-female-adult-feminine-wrasse-anampses-femininus-swimming-underwater-in-australia.html a courting pair of feminine wrasse. look at the displaying male! omg. http://footage.shutterstock.com/clip-2514968-stock-footage-feminine-wrasse-anampses-femininus-courting-underwater-in-australia.html
  21. identifying genicanthus hybrids are never easy, especially when they are females. it's just lucky this time round the male traits of bellus show up well. as for the other half, anyone's guess!
  22. the owner of the bellus hybrid also owns a female melanospilos x lamarck hybrid. it will be interesting to see how the presence of two opposite sex hybrids affect each other in development and color.
