  1. Cirrhilabrus naokoae is in season now, so those after this relatively new fairy wrasse, better milk this opportunity before it disappear for another long hiatus.

  11. i'll be watching this thread like a hawk! waiting for you to post nice stuff. coraline won't take long. few months ur rocks will be purple liao. my tank now rocks are all purple and the wall is starting to grow coraline alot also.
  12. eek! unless your tank is very big, best to only keep 1 anemone per tank. if must keep more than 1, keep same species, or better yet, clones of the same one.
  13. Was tempted to buy L. graciliosa since it's something i've been waiting for since it appeared in the news. But if price is too high i'll wait. Like i said, it's not rare. just uncollected due to unawareness. now it's getting very recognised so it wont be long until it comes. but i'll still be there tomorrow to see this holy grail little goby and see if the price is good.
  14. yah price drop alot already. L. graciliosa is wide ranging, shallow water, locally not rare. there's no reason for the exorbitant prices. it's slowly losing it's novelty and the prices will drop sooner or later.
  15. parameters ok la. Ca 350 actually is ok 1. but i will still try to up it to 400. which specimens. all? or just the exquisite? lol.
  16. Irene (I-aquarium) and iwarna have naoko's fairy wrasse and blotchy anthias. all came from irene but some have been passed to iwarna.
  17. Lotilia graciliosa? amazing. the white cap shrimp goby finally arriving. is the natural choice of pistol, Alpheus rubromaculatus also arriving? L. graciliosa only pairs with A. rubromaculatus in the wild. Not sure if it will accept substitute pistol shrimps. To Law, this goby is not very very extremely rare. Just rare. it's becoming increasingly common in the U.S and japan, and the price has also dropped temendously. Used to be about > $1k USD for one, but now price drop to less than half of that. But still very expensive for a goby. And yes, first time in Singapore. It has a very large range from red sea, to Cebu, marshall islands, palau, japan and indo-pacific. Just rarely collected but now getting more popular already. Best to keep in a dedicated tank of it's own... already have interested buyer liao hope he is fast enough to get it haha Edit* Filament wrasse? As in Paracheilinus filamentosus? the filamented flasher wrasse. if it is, i hope it's the Solomon Island variant. gorgeous that one... or could be other "filamented" wrasses.... tonozukai? BELL'S FLASHER!?!?!?
  18. terryz keep saying want to buy want to buy but end up never buy anything at all! don't get me started. you say want to get on waiting list for macrodon also end up not buying. zzz
  19. terryz stop lying. even if $50 you oso won't buy. Johnsoni is not only endemic to Marshall islands, it is predominantly only found in one particular island. Marshall island is a chain of small islands, and the biggest atoll is Kwajalein atoll. jonsoni is most common in Kwajalein. and since there's only one person collecting it, briane greene, the price ought to be high. in the picture i also see C. pylei. must be a transit shipment since Pyleis are not found in marshalls.
  20. skimmer should be placed as far as the return pump to the tank as possible. placement of refugium does not matter, but ideally, nearest to the return. but NOT in the same compartment.
