  6. Yes indeed it is a very cool fish, and it is not uncommon too! Apparently it is quite commonly found in the carribean. The demand is low, thats why cannot find... If i buy online. must pay for shipping fees and convert USD to SGD. very ex... 2 gobies, each $15 USD, bring to singapore = $100+++ because of shipping and currecny convert. Henry said if he see it will let me know, and ill let u know too!
  7. BTA can expand or contract their bubble tips. At times, the bubbles will be inflated/deflated. If it is very long and thin, it could mean that there is not enough light, and it is stretching to gain light.
  8. Thank you so much for the encouragement =) The male is doing well. the eggs are visible when he opens his mouth for stretch! Pink colour. looks so delicious. caviar!
  9. Cleaner wrasses (labroides dimidiatus) have spawn in captivity. It is unknown about the hatching of fry till adult hood, but it is evident that cleaner wrasses have spawned before! Anyone have any experience with this? I found it in this website http://www.marinebreeder.org/phpbb/viewtop...asc&start=0 Sounds very interesting! Hope you guys enjoy reading the article =)
  10. Haha! hmm, they love the little hang over behind the tank. I guess thats their HDB! always hanging out. and when i turn off the lights at night, when all the fishes are asleep, they dart around the tank. a real joy to watch
  11. Thank you for the link. Will try my best to keep them alive.... very unexpected this birth, so im not really prepared haha
  12. If im not wrong, their seahorses are trained to eat on mysis? and captive bred should be more ex than WC. Anyway, i have not much interest in seahorses haha. But pipefish. ooo i love them
  13. Very well explained. Hope this will teach all reefers (including me) a lesson. Failure is a stepping stone to success, if u dont fail now, u will never learn. Happy reefing
  14. Yea... i expected much. Sad to say that alot of rare fish are still being exported, even from those isolated areas from time to time. Green banded goby is very nice and fairly common, unfortunately it is not high in demand. Perhaps i can special order... or buy online =x
