Koran angelfish is a good angelfish for newbies who want to try angelfish. Koran is one of the easiest angelfish for the beginners, who are attempting to keep angelfish. However, like all angelfish, the koran angelfish is not reccomended for beginners in general who just started, with no experience yet.

It is either bacteria bloom, or ur tank is still cycling. give it a few more days/week

ty. The "waste" is so long and thread like. i thouhgt they were going to die..
-
I dont think they are harmful, but if you find them unsightly and want to get rid of them, i suggest adding a fish to get rid of them. Copperband butterflies are the best to get rid of tubeworms, but they are abit hard to look after. U might want to try it though... Otherwise, u could get a six line wrasse. They do get a little aggresive when they are older.

My yellow wrasse daaaam timid. i dunno why. It is EXTREMELY scared of people. I walk pass the tank only, it swim and hide away.... the 1-2 hours later, it come out. When i stick my hand inside to do maintenance, it will dart around everywhere, sometimes bang into the glass..... I dunno what the hell is wrong with it..
-
It will be alright. dont worry. Wrasses are very good at making their owners worry haha =)
-
Aiptasia, inject lemon juice. I heard it works. Personally, my tank no aiptasia.... dunno why. Bristle worms are good. Dont remove them... they eat uneaten food and dead fish. Unless its a eunicid bristleworm. those eat sleeping fishes. Fire woms.... u might need to manually remove them. I dunno how to remove them. Perhaps soaking the rock in freshwater to kill it. But then alot of things will start to crawl/run out. Some will not make it though, and u risk killing good organisms

OO cool method. Sad, my betta box is those with a lid on the top...-.- -
Wrasses are very well known to dissapear into the tank within hours of introduction. Usually they will dive into the sandbed, or hide inside rocks. U will be able to see ur wrasse tomorrow morning, or the day after. Give it a few days to get used to the environment before it come out. My yellow wrasse also like this. The minute it was introduced, it dived into the sand. The next morning, i saw it swimming happily =)

My nudi was blue... i saw one only, but im sure there was more. i took a satay stick and fling it away, and im sure it will come back. After inspecting my zoas, i found that some of the polyps have nudi eggs. It is white and i think 2 or 3 polyps were infected. Can someone advice me how to remove the eggs? Can i just remove the polyps and use a toothpick to scrape the eggs away? I dun want to FW bath, as i have heard that the eggs are quite resistant. Regarding lugols solution, i dun have.... so.. could i just use a toothpick to scrape it off? thanks for the help.....

Hello all, i have a 3 feet tank which is currently maxed out in terms of fish. However, i feel like adding one or two more very small brightly coloured fish to add colour, but also minimize bioload. Im thinking of something red or blue. The only strikingly coloured fish in my tank is clownfish, royal gramma and yellow wrasse. the wrasse hides in the early morning and at night, only come out like 9am till 6pm. the rest of my fish are dull. like my banggai cardinal, coral beauty and sand sifting goby. My question is, any reccomendation for very small colourful fish without increasing my bioload? Pleaase help me think lols, as im already at my wits end.... reading on line. I was thinking maybe some shrimps. sexy shrimps =) But i scared my wrasse eat it lol. Oh, and i also have a 3" niger trigger.... will plan to relocate it soon. Am helping someone keep it as he decom his tank. I hope to keep it for as long as possible. It is very nice and friendly lol. never cause problems.... only thing is i scared grow too big. Thanks for any help in advance!

Secret of reducing aggression

Hmmm..... It does seem ideal, But like reddevil said, if the fish is too big, it might get stressed. I have tried finding very large betta boxes, but cant. They seem to only come in some standard sizes. How to add in lets say, a fully grown emperor angel? O.o Maybe i can try this. i want to add another dwarf angel to my current tank. I heard more than one dwarf angel = fight right? Currently have one coral beauty. Maybe i will try this method =)
