  1. Very high chances will waste away. This coral is not very hardy
  2. If u like to feed market prawn like me, do it sparingly, give prawns as a treat, and not as a main meal. Make sure that all the prawn is eaten. I drop 2 -3 small pieces at a time. When the fish stop eating, i catch the leftovers out, or let my brittlestar eat the left overs.
  3. yea. Decided not to buy liao. They will actually paralyse the starfish and eat it slowly, to prevent it from dying. The shrimp will even feed the starfish, and do anything to make it alive. Then slowly eat it.
  4. yea. i have not seen any neon gobies around recently. I remember few years ago, they very common. Past few months. hardly see. infact, ive not seen a neon goby in the past 3-4months
  5. where to find neon goby ah? i never see any LFS/LFF selling neon goby before -.-
  6. pellet and mysis is ok. I thought u were only feeding one kind. Haha! occasionally, u can give ur fishes a treat by feeding them small small pieces of market prawns =) my fish go crazy for them. If u ever feed them brine shrimp, try not to. Brine shrimp have very little nutrients. =) You can try henry's reef gourmet. Quite good also, have alot of different food blend into one.
  7. lol yea maybe. BTW, u got problem with snails and hermits crawling on ur coral? i alsways have... will it damage the coral?
  8. Is it damaging to corals if a turbo snail..... those big ones, or hermit crab crawl on it? my tubro snail and hermit crab keep crawling on my star polyps, clove polyps. mushrooms.... very annoying.
  9. Haha!! i want! can keep inside betta box LOL. feed it guppy everyday
  10. Garlic not sure about increase immunity, but i know its good to entice those fishes that are hard to get feeding. Best way to increase health and immunity is to feed alot of different foods, a few times a day. Thats what i do, and even though my tank have white spots, the fish strong enuf to fight it off, so no need to do much.
  11. Went to coral farm on saturday. Searched high and low, dont have. i asked the workers there also, they asy dun have. haiz..
  12. wa. stubborn mantis. Maybe it died inside the rock? and u are sure 100% right? the same live rock... coz inverts cannot take freshwater. Anyway, if u want, throw away that rock lor. If its small

Pity, last time LCK have one whole tank, never came across my mind to buy. =x Anyway, up for ur thread! =) FUEL SELLING JAWFISH!! COME COME ALL
  15. hermitcrab is right. Do not over-care your fish too much. This is one thing i learn as a reefer. Sometimes, the more u care, the more detrimental to their health. Last time i itchy hands, every few days always change water, rearrange rockwork, severely over feed, catch them out etc etc. RUBBISH. let your fish settle down, enjoy their new home. Do what is right for the fish, not so much what is right for you. Example, if your favourite aquascape has NO holes and caves for your fishes to hide, re-do it, even if you like it alot. This is just an example. Dont worry wei bro. We are all here to help you. You will be successful in your hobby one day. For now, just get an ammonia test kit first. Very important.
  16. weird eh? i usually thought fishes will eat the poop and spit it out. But seems like our fishes enjoy the poop -.-
  17. Hey, just want to share with you guys a weird behavior my fish exhibit. I have a coral beauty that loves to eat poop. seriously. When my other fish poop, the coral beauty will think it is food, and chiong to eat. I know alot of fish will sample poop, but will spit it out. But my this coral beauty, eat the poop liao, never spit out. I have observed this phenomena everyday for the past 2 weeks. Anyone have a fish that eat poop? or behave in a manner most unusual, please share haha! It is confirm not because it is hungry. I feed my fish 4 to 5 meals a day. Small, light feedings. Also, i feed them a variety of food. The 4 - 5 feedings include pellet, mysis, henry's food, fresh prawn and lettuce. So its confirm not hungry or bored with its food. Some mental illness
