  5. haha. genrally, try to avoid specimens with injuries. Even though they seem very healthy, they might get stressed in ur tank and might get an infection. But if urs is ok, then thumbs up bro! =)
  6. My fish also. Only get ich at night. but not so serious like urs...whole body >.< mine only tail and fins....Morning all ok healthy feeding swimming eating like pigs. At night then all the ich appear. Maybe at night they sleeping, ich attack them easier. They dun swim and move around much
  7. Hi correction, sorry. Im using 2 white T5s and 2 actinic. T5 is 39W each, so total is 78W. Actinic i not sure but i got 2. haha...anyway...love montipora alot. But will only attempt with MH.
  8. They like to get stuck on my coral skeleton..... then my corals cannot open properly because of them. Good thing i dont have alot. can just use ur fingers to pluck them out actually. since they are small.
  9. haha hello bro ahsiang! YUP! have done a new rockscape, got new corals, a sun, a bubble, clavularia, star polyps, blue sponge and some new livestock. will post tomorrow, not now though. Dun highjack this thread =)
  10. haha bro, ur rockscaping does not suck, just, not ideal =) I have gone tru about 5 rockscaping in my tank....bank want to snap because of that le. Must have alot of criteria in rockscaping...Finally fulfilled all in my current one. Plenty of caves and overhangs, spacious look so water can flow tru, high, so light demanding corals and clams can rest. I also used my rocks to deflect the water flow, creating a moderate current. Haha! dun need wave maker liao
  11. Haha i bought the one looks orange in henry's light, whole colony got about 20++++ heads. All fully opened when i bought it, now at home also. Very beautiful. Price, i dun say bah =)

  13. ahh. so i was right! the brazillian gramma has the purple and yellow more well blended. the royal gramma one like quite sudden the change from yellow to purple. haha thanks angellove for putting in the effort! thumbs up for u
  14. i have some green clams growing wild on my liverock. Look like mussels. They tend to move around alot and re-attatch elsewhere. I also have clams that look like oysters. they dont move, and look like part of the rock, but can open and close. I leave them be.... didnt bother me. Anyway, my triggerfish and my wrasse killed them all. so, nothing to worry for me

  20. Dont like black suns. They seem to be more of the branching type. I like compact =)
  21. juveniles are around $35-$40. That was what one LFS told me when i enquired. Adults should be more than that.
  22. haha. i smsed henry. He said this greyness is normal. Just continue feeding. ok. will feed it normally. One day one time to help improve it. then slowly change to 2 days one time like what u do. thanks! =)
  23. what will happen if the flesh is receeding? and my sun corals open only at night =( still training it to open in the morning.
