oo. i think its natural. saw it before in a book. Its very nice. maybe thinking of getting one. becareful of dyed corals or anemones....if you see yellow anemones anywhere, dun buy.. its dyed. they put colour. have seen it in some fish shops.... i ever bought a dyed cup coral and it died. i think ur fire coral is naturally pink. very nice specimen take good care of it and beware of dyed corals

hehe harvested....another torch coral, a zoo, and a pair of harlequin shrimps hehe. this is my first time keeping this shrimp. will need to buy starfish every 1 month or so. pictures later! or tomorrow.

just came back from henry. got 1 frogspawn, brown with green tips. one hammer, green with brown tips. bought a torch coral , some zoos left. brown with yellow center, brown with green skirting and orange center, clove polyps, lots of upside down trimma, 2 pairs of harlequin shrimp left, (bought one ), and a green with purple tip elegance coral. Jr marine, lots of camel shrimp, copperband butterfly, coral banded shrimp, frogspawns, torch, bubble. not much variety at both shop, i think after cny....must wait for new shipment

my hammer and torch and bubble all fully open, but never see their sweeper tentacles before....dunno why. sweeper tentacles are very long right? maybe coz there is nothing very near to them...dunno looks very nice and flowy, but no sweeper tentacles.....yet

how come u say u tank already feeding on pellet, but getting skinner? O.o Could it be internal parasite?

hi. i throw in only one cube of mysis shrimp, so the ammonia and nitrite wont spike. I put the cube into a small bowl of water, and let it defrost. I dim the lights, usually turn on actinic only, and then every few mins-half hour, i will pour in some of the mysis water. i keep doing until my sun corals open up about 50%. Then i throw in mysis shrimp. let them eat, and when they done, usually 100% open. thats what happens to mine....depends on ur individual coral. But then will start to close after 1-2 hours...but to see it open in the day, very satisfying
